How long does creation take?
It usually takes a few minutes after payment is confirmed. You can close the page and check progress later in My Pets.
Will the result look exactly like my photo?

Do I need the app, and can I use my pet on a phone?
You need the PetWaits desktop app on a supported Mac or Windows computer; pets do not run on a phone home screen. You can start from a phone, then sign in on your computer to download your pet. You can also sign in with the same account to download your pets on another computer. Check current availability and compatibility.
Can I have more than one pet?
One account can keep multiple desktop pets, and each pet is a separate purchase.
